USA Wireless Solutions was acquired in February 2001 and is located in Van Nuys, California. USA Wireless produces wireless cell phone accessories, including portable chargers, replacement batteries, leather cases and headsets. The company provides in-house engineering services to customize standard cell phone wireless accessories to better conform to higher levels of safety and performance deemed vital to wireless carriers. It then subcontracts for the manufacturing of these customized designs from suppliers in the Far East, provides final quality control and packaging in its modern 35,000 square foot facility in Wood Dale, Illinois, and distributes to approximately 2,800 retail outlets throughout the U.S.
